Yes, the furniture can be rented as an add-on depending on the needs and wishes. The kitchen is not removable.
Yes, there is an elevator for 11 people. For transportation, the elevator measures 180(h) / 85(w) / 200(l). This means you can roll an euro pallet in there. The elevator is situated next to the main entrance staircase, accessible through another exit door. As for other access points, the atelier has two more doors that lead to an external staircase.

Yes, there is storage space for equipment, packaging boxes and personal items located in the basement of the building (also accessible with the lift).
Up to 30 days before the start of the reservation, the entire booking amount (= billing amount minus service fee) will be refunded. Up to 7 days before the start of the reservation 50% of the booking amount will be refunded. If a cancellation is made later, the entire booking amount will be charged. The service fee will be charged in any case (regardless of the cancellation policy and the time of cancellation).
Yes, there is one parking slot in front of the building to use during the event. There is enough space to park temporarily when loading/unloading the event equipment. The closest public parking is located 4 minutes away by foot at the Sihlcity shopping center.
